As Canada’s number one real estate agency, RE/MAX wanted to maintain their powerful brand image. However, at the same time, they needed to build and support a ‘smaller’ community-based image.
Through a series of national magazine ads, Creative Wonders helped support the RE/MAX brand by positioning them as real estate experts with knowledge in areas like home renovations, a major trend in real estate. To balance this corporate strategy with community-based messages, brand ads always ran opposite to community ads. The community ads highlighted RE/MAX’s on going support of three non-profit organizations: The Children’s Miracle Network, Give Life and Quest for Excellence.
